Pilates
In the twentieth century, Joseph Pilates created Pilates in Germany as a way of connecting the mind and body and enable individuals to recover from injuries. Pilates was designed to strengthen, stretch, balance, and teach positive awareness of the body. Pilates will help to improve posture, flexibility, strength, coordination (both muscular and mental), and improve joint health. It also helps to recover from and prevent injuries, develop lean muscles, strengthen your abdominal and back muscles, lose weight, and relieve stress.

Personal training
Our Certified Personal Trainers will provide challenging, effective, and safe strength training programs, using a variety of fitness tools based on an individual’s goals, age, and fitness level. We strive to increase your overall strength and endurance, increase your metabolism, and help you manage your weight.

Nutrition
Our Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialists will teach you the basic rules for successful eating. We will create meal plans for you based on your age, height, daily activity, basic metabolic rate, and your specific needs and goals. It’s important to eat balanced meals throughout the day and have a good understanding and relationship with food in order to lose excess fat, have great energy, and to feel your best.
