Our Mission
In our warm and welcoming private studio, we provide personalized Pilates and Personal Training sessions to all ages and fitness levels, using a variety of fitness tools to ensure that our clients are on the right path toward achieving their specific goals.
Our staff will help clients increase their flexibility and balance, strengthen and tone their muscles, lose weight and inches, and help clients recover from and prevent injuries. Each session will ensure that the client is using proper body mechanics, range of motion, and breathing for optimum results.
We also provide nutritional coaching and meal planning to help individuals achieve their nutritional goals.
Our Instructors
Have National and or International Certifications.
Attend continuing education in Kinesiology, Physiology, TRX and BOSU, Injury Prevention/Recovery, Pilates, and Nutrition.
Have numerous specialized training and experience with a variety of fitness tools and equipment, including the TRX suspension trainer, BOSU, Kettlebells, etc.
